When I use hypnosis, which deals with the subconscious mind where our habits, memories, and beliefs are stored, clients are able to release old patterns and replace them with new ones that create optimal results.

Hypnosis is a guided relaxation where the goals and desires you have chosen are repeated (hypnotic suggestions) back to you by the therapist.  These ideas are generally remembered more readily, which in turn can create new awareness and desired behaviors.
